Annual and short period audit
At P&A Grant Thornton, we provide annual and short period financial statement audit services that go beyond the normal expectations of our clients. Review engagement
A review involves limited investigation with a narrower scope than an audit, and is undertaken for the purpose of providing limited assurance that the management’s representations are in accordance with identified financial reporting standards. Our professionals recognize that in order to conduct a quality financial statement review, it is important to look beyond the accounting entries to the underlying activities and operations that give rise to them.

Renan is a Partner in the Audit & Assurance Practice Area and the Firm's Ethics and Independence Leader.

Renan has been in public accounting for almost two decades. He has gained extensive experience in financial audit of local and multinational companies in a wide range of industries, including gaming, utilities, petroleum, business process outsourcing, hotels and entertainment, real estate, and manufacturing. He has also been involved in buyer/investor due diligence reviews or acquisition audits. He also conducts trainings related to IFRS.

In 2011, Renan received the Primus Award, the highest form of recognition for individual performance at P&A Grant Thornton.

Renan holds a master's in business administration, with a major in finance, from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). He also participated in the AIM International Student Exchange Program, where he studied at the HEC School of Management. Prior to his master's degree, Renan earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and accountancy from the University of the Philippines - Diliman. With his academic qualifications in finance and business administration, Renan has a strong educational foundation in finance and business management. Renan recently completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania, USA.
